Step 1 – Free property assessment report & no obligation quote
We will provide a fantastic 4-page property feasibility assessment for FREE along with a no obligation quote for our services.
Our report will include
- Professional advice on your ideas and ours
- What planning application will be required if any
- Cost of all the necessary drawings and applications
- Expert opinion of whether it will gain planning approval
- Building control requirements and issues
- Estimate of the build cost
- Structural engineer design advice and costs
- Detailed quotation, fee schedule and other costs
- Easy to follow project progression chart
Step 2 – Self survey guide
Once you’re satisfied with our price and advice, we will send you a self-survey pack, this is a simple step by step guide on what measurements and photos we need to draw your house accurately. Don’t worry this is easy to follow but we are on hand if you need any extra help.
Step 3 – Concept design
Next we will draw your home accurately using the measurements provided along with your project brief to guide us. We will produce the existing floor plans along with your first concept design.
Step 4 – Developed design
Now the concept design has been agreed we can then develop the design in more detail, considering all the site information like drains, boundary lines along with planning rules, building control and any budget restrictions. Developing the final design to your liking will be done completely online by any method you prefer; email, screen share, Skype, video chat, WhatsApp etc.
Step 5 – Approvals planning & building control
The finalised design will be prepared and submitted to the local council for planning approval, acting as your agent and keeping you updated during the process. We shall then organise your detailed Building Regulation drawings and submit them to Building Control.
